SERVICES

Engineering, Construction & Infrastructure

Delivery is everything. KEMP partners with engineering, construction & infrastructure industry clients to get the gears moving when it counts.

From finance, development and design, through procurement, construction and close-out: each phase of the project life cycle brings regulatory complexity, legal hurdles and challenges.

We understand what is at stake in staying on track. We routinely advise clients on all sides of the industry, from developers to sponsors, contractors, financiers, and governments. In addition to our expertise in construction, supply and service contracts such as EPC, EPCM and O&M contracts (including international standard contracts such as FIDIC, NEC, IChemE and Logic) our clients benefit from our grasp of local legal and cultural issues in particular jurisdictions.

In contentious matters, our first approach to minimising disputes is to maximise common project goals shared by the parties. Whether a resolution requires adjudication, arbitration, litigation or mediation, we never lose sight of our mission: to build from a strong foundation of client trust and with a sharp commercial sense of what a truly successful outcome looks like.
