He has headed and managed the legal department of a Group of Companies-Responsibilities include provide legal advice the Chairman of the Group and heads of other departments on various legal and corporate matters, preparation of legal opinions on various corporate and commercial matters, drafting, vetting and negotiation of agreements such as property sale, lease and rent agreements, shareholders and share purchase agreements, escrow agreements, and all general corporate commercial agreements as required.
