Emanuele Alemagna

Emanuele has thirty-year experience in advising companies and investment funds in national and cross-border transactions in various markets, ranging from automotive to fashion with particular focus on the renewable energy field. Recently, he has specialized in company restructuring and directors’ and officers’ liability litigation. Emanuele also served as independent director and member of the supervisory board in listed companies and private equity funds controlled by banks. He has published several articles and books on Italian Company and Insolvency laws.

• Emanuele is a dual qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Italy and in Switzerland
• He started his professional activity in Switzerland and then joined in 1996 Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Milan. From 2001 to 2004, he was European Partner at Squire Sanders & Dempsey.
• Since 2004 until joining M.B. Kemp, he has been a founding partner of LCA – Lega Colucci Associati.
