Pauline Shum

Administrator, facilitator, talent-wrangler and office amateur mixologist: Pauline wears many hats on the KEMP Hong Kong team, and all of them are essential to the firm’s positive ethos and burgeoning success. Her decades-long working relationship with some of the firm’s principals, and her insider knowledge of the city’s legal community keep KEMP day-to-day operations running smoothly. Pauline relishes her broad-based responsibilities and the ongoing learning curve the job presents. 

After hours, Pauline is a connoisseur of Hong Kong’s hospitality scene, and unwinding with a well-mixed drink is the reward she more than deserves.
